Located in the exclusive gated community of Lomas de Mismaloya, six 
miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, Seacliff provides peace and 
privacy yet close proximity to the Barcelo Hotel (La Jolla de 
Mismaloya), restaurants, and the sandy beaches of Mismaloya for

It is a six floor structure that can be rented all for one group party 
that consists of 10 bedrooms 15 bathrooms five socializing rooms with 
enough comfort for up to 26 persons. Or it can be rented individually 
for parties of 2 or more. Each floor has their own private full kitchen. 
Seacliff is sculpted into the hillside above Los Arcos, located above 
the Pacific Ocean and offering a 180 degree view of Banderas Bay. The 
facility is beautifully decorated and superbly maintained, offering 
panoramic ocean views from every room with marble throughout, a large 
private pool, lush gardens, private decks, and a huge rooftop terrace 
for entertaining large number of friends. 
Each floor is over 3,000 square feet and contains a living room, 
formal dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Each floor has 
satellite televisions, free international phone service, stereo and CD 
sound system and internet access. 
 
All bedrooms have a private entrance and full marble bath, and are 
air-conditioned. Behind the bedrooms are the grounds to the pool and 
beautifully landscaped.

tax 
There is a 17% Mexican lodging tax (not included in rental rates). 
  	  
security deposit 
The security deposit is $750.00. If your event is a wedding ceremony, 
reception, or corporate event, please inquire about the amount of the 
security deposit. 
  	  
Payment Schedule 
50% of the total rental fee must be paid 15 days after the reservation 
has been made. All holiday rentals, including but not restricted to 
Christmas, school breaks, thanksgiving easter, July 4th, must be paid 
in full at time of reservation. All discounted rates must be paid in 
full at time of booking. There are no refunds on holiday rentals. 
Purchase of vacation insurance is suggested. The remaining 50% must be 
paid 60 days prior to the arrival date. Any extras must be paid in 
advance. 
  
Cancellations and Refunds 
All cancellations are subject to a US$750.00 cancellation fee if the 
deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is 
refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival 
date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date 
are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the 
cancelled dates. 
 
There are no cancellations during holidays, including Christmas, 
Thanksgiving, Easter and school breaks. This is not an inclusive list. 
If in doubt please inquire. All holidays must be paid in full at time 
of booking. 
  
staff 
Staff, food and beverages are not included in the rental rate and must 
be arranged and paid for in advance. Gratuities are not included in 
the rental rate. Gratuities are always appreciated. 
 
A cook is also available for breakfast and lunch at $35 for half day 
or $85 for full day based on a party of 6. 
 
A cook is optional but for the best enjoyment of Seacliff and its 
surroundings and location we do offer a professional staff to prepare 
your meals. If you decide to hire a chef, please inform us of menu 
items you wish to have for the first two days of your vacation. We 
offer seafood , poultry and Mexican dishes. Also please make a list of 
the beverages and liquor you want upon you arrival. You pay the chef 
for the food and beverages as she presents you with the bills. All our 
meat is prime.
