This Zacatitos rental is beachfront property that is uniquely suited for just two; or a large family getaway. Just beyond Punta Gorda on the East Cape, Los Zacatitos is about 8 miles east of San Jose del Cabo. The property includes a BEACH HOUSE that easily sleeps up to 8, and a CASITA which can sleep 4 comfortably.  A  PENTHOUSE bedroom with private bath, can serve as an additional bedroom for either house.

Both houses have panoramic views of sea and desert.
Los Zacatitos is a tranquil residential area and the beach is secluded and yours to enjoy. Enjoy unique privacy or spend quality time with you family or friends.

LIKE NO OTHER ZACATITOS RENTAL

Altogether a great place for a family reunion and more.  The layout of the Casita and Beach House are SEPARATE ENOUGH TO BE RENTED INDIVIDUALLY and afford privacy from each other.

The BEACH HOUSE has three bedrooms and two baths.
* A large, palapa covered terrace looks down on the beach on the Sea of Cortez which is a great place for whale watching from December through March.
* A Large patio area provides for sheltered sunbathing or entertaining.

The CASITA, just steps away, has one bedroom, two baths, and a large living
room/kitchen area. A futon in the living area easily sleeps two more.
* A spacious, partially covered terrace overlooks the desert and is
ideal for sunset dining.
* A patio area with ocean view spans the front of the building.

The PENTHOUSE has an open vista of the beach and can comfortably sleep a family of three.

Both houses have fully equipped, Talavera-tiled kitchens, comfortably
furnished living rooms, and tiled bathrooms.
Appliances include television, DVD/VCR players, stereos, and ceiling
fans throughout.
Both houses have free wireless internet.
Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.
Both houses are off the grid solar electric.
Beach House:
* 2 queen bedrooms; the third bedroom has a fullsize bed and a set of bunks.
* A queen size futon for outdoor sleeping is available.
* 2 full bathrooms, one with tub
* Large outdoor terrace, great for whale watching.
* Indoor and outdoor dining and sitting areas.
Casita:
* 1 large queen bedroom.
* Main living area includes kitchen and comfortably furnished living
  room with a couch that converts to a queen size bed.
* 2 full bathrooms.
* Large Saltillo tiled terrace overlooking desert panorama.
* Dining and sitting areas inside and outside.

Penthouse:
*a double bed and a loft bed.
*a private bathroom.
* an expansive view of the beach.

Swimming surfing and snorkeling on beach right in front of house.
Desert hiking right through the Los Zacatitos development and into
open space.
San Jose shopping, restaurants, and clubs are just 8 miles away.

Rates are given in the form: Low/High Season.
   (Off season Rates, July, August, and September, can be negotiated.)

High Season

High season rates are for the weeks around the major holidays;Xmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and New Year for example.

Beach House:
$1700/$2300 per week for up to 8 people. $50/100 per additional person.
Daily rate is $300/$400 with a three day minimum.

Casita:
$1200/1700 per week for up to 4 people.  $50/100 per additional person.
Daily rate is $250/$300 with a three day minimum.

Both Houses:
$2500/$3500 per week for up to 12 people.
Daily rate is $450/$600 with a three day minimum

Penthouse :   (Available only as an addition to either house.)
$500/$650 per week for up to 3 people.
Daily Rate is $100/$150 per day

A refundable security deposit is required.
A minimum of $200 per house depends on individual circumstances.
Rates can be negotiated for longer periods.
