Vacation Rental Description

furnished.  It features a 4 bdrm plus loft, 3 baths, living 
room/formal dining, separate family room and an all electric  
kitchen with granite countertop.  The well equipped kitchen features 
brand new appliances.

Enjoy the park like backyard by relaxing in the swimming pool while  
listening to the waterfalls as you look out to the golf course.  
There is a covered patio where you can barbecue at the gas grill 
while some of your guest are lounging around the backyard.

See the groomed golf course form the master bedroom suite with a 
king size bed.  All the bedrooms have walk-in closets.  The loft is 
furnished with sofa bed, full computer access, books to read and 
much more.

POLICIES

$125.00 cleaning fee

$250 reservation/damage deposit due to reserve your dates within 
seven(7)days of booking the reservation.

50% of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival and balance plus 
cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation notice for all refund required 60 days prior to arrival 
for weekly renter and 120 days cancellation notice prior to arrival 
for monthly renters.

Rates based on occupancy of 4 persons.  An additional charge of 
$10.00 per person per night will be charge for guest in addition to 
4 will be assessed. Maximum number of guest is limited to Ten
Rates are subject to change, please call for updated rates.

Payments in form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier's 
checks, or personal checks payable to Consuelo Lumanta.
