Vacation Rental Description

This is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath private home hidden behind a  
flowered wall and secured by sliding wrought iron gates. Located in  
the coveted Rio Vista neighborhood where most homes sell in the  
million-plus range.  Only one block to waterways that criss-cross the  
neighborhood.  Located just blocks off of 17th Street, which is the  
main causeway to Fort Lauderdale's beautiful beaches.  The beach is  
less than two miles away.  Famed shopping and restaurant area, Las  
Olas Boulevard is only short walk away. This area offers movie  
theaters, grocery shopping and a huge variety of picturesque  
waterfront restaurants. Truly an area that is safe, secure and quaint  
with all the amenities one could imagine to provide plenty to occupy  
one's time.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

House offers a large Master suite opening by French doors to a  
private patio area.  The Master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate  
shower along with double vanity sinks and a separate make-up vanity. 
All three bedrooms have Queen-sized beds.  Cable TV in each bedroom  
and living room. Wireless Internet access.  Modern kitchen with over- 
sized refrig.  Pool is tucked into the front yard patio and is  
completely private.  One of the bedrooms opens to a deck that  
overlooks the pool.  Bookshelves are stocked with plenty of reading  
material and there are boardgames and puzzles if one wants to just  
stay at home and relax.  

Activities and Attractions

Fort Lauderdale is geared for boaters, so there are many options  
available from chartering fishing boats, renting jet skis, taking day  
cruises from Riverfront on Las Olas or just jumping on the Water Taxi  
and exploring the many waterways.  The Seminole Hard Rock Casino is  
just 10 minutes away by car, offering gambling and name entertainment  
nightly.  Gulfstream Race Track, a 10 minute drive, is newly reopened  
with Las Vegas type slots and of course, fine throughbred racing  
daily. Since this home is located in South Fort Lauderdale, driving  
to Miami only takes 30 minutes.  There one can enjoy the sights of  
South Beach, the newly opened Miami Carnival Performing Arts  
Center which provides excellent cultural offerings on a continuing  
basis.   
The Fort Lauderdale Performing Arts Center is only a short walk from  
the house.  Fort Lauderdale is an exciting place with so much to do  
and to see, yet it has the feeling of staying in small town  
Florida..laid back, restful and very friendly.

Vacation Rental Rates

June thru October rate is $1,200 per week. 
May,November and December rate is $2,000 per week. 
Christmas and New Year's weeks rate is $3,000 per week. 
January thru April rate is $2,250 per week. 
 
Cleaning fee is $150. 
 
Pet Deposit is $200 and non-refundable
