Vacation Rental Description

This condo is located in the historic Hunt-Phelan complex on world 
famous Beale St. in downtown Memphis.  This location is in walking 
distance of the following: the Fedex Forum (NBA Grizzlies Home Court), 
Blues Clubs, restaurants, museums, Auto Zone Baseball Park, National 
Civil Rights Museum, the Orpheum Theater as well as parks along the 
Mississippi River.  The condo is just a few steps from the gourmet 
dining terrace/rooms of the Hunt-Phelan Mansion.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This new condo is beyond description.  It is the premier Memphis 
location. The building is adjacent to the historic Hunt-Phelan 
Mansion.  It is one of twelve units.  This unit is on the second floor 
with a balcony overlooking the gardens of the mansion.  Elevator 
service is available once one comes into the underground parking 
garage.  The unit has approximately 1300 square feet of exquisitely 
appointed living space. The furnishings are a fine mix or antiques and 
selected comfortable pieces.  All new appliances (including 
washer/dryer), dishes, linens, etc are furnished.

Activities and Attractions

The Beale Street address says it all.  This is the heart of Downtown 
Memphis.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows:  200.00 per day.  Special rates for 
weekly/monthly rental.  During the month of May, the nightly rate is $250.00. 
                                 
Deposit of 200.00 required upon reservation.
