home. Located within a nature preserve with spectacular mountain views, this home boasts 4
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen and family room, high speed internet access , pool table, fireplace, sun room, wrap around
decking and a paved path to the dock with covered boat slip and dock house. Enjoy the Adirondack
chairs or swing while gazing at the water, trees and mountains. Downstairs you’ll find an
additional full kitchen and large living space opening to a covered deck complete with hammock –
perfect for an afternoon nap.
This additional living space is perfect for large families or couples seeking their own space.

Each bedroom has been individually and tastefully appointed. On the main level, you’ll find a
master suite with private bath, king sized log bed, large pine dresser and antique rocker – wake up
overlooking the deep green lake. You will also find another bedroom with a queen sized bed, writing
desk and dresser. Downstairs you’ll find a large bedroom with 2 queen sized beds, complete with oar
headboards. And, an additional bedroom with 2 twin sized beds – the kids will love the nautical
theme.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need: including a dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, stem
ware, flatware, utensils, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, lobster pot,
baking dishes … you’ll even find a fully stocked spice rack. There’s a breakfast table with seating
for 4, plus a large dining table in the main room with seating for 6.

The family room has two sets of sliders to the deck, a beautiful stone fireplace, 2 full sized
sofas, comfy reading chair and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and VCR, movies, board games,
puzzles and books.
New to this home you can also enjoy high speed.

The sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy the view of the woods – a great place to watch the birds
at the feeders or curl up with a good book.

The downstairs living space has a wood burning stove, sectional sofa and entertainment center with
TV and DVD and fully stocked book shelves. The sliders open to the covered deck with rocking chairs
and patio seating and provide access to the paved walk to the dock.
