This immaculate beach home is very easy walking distance to Sanibel's shell-covered, sugar-sand
beaches. Located in the east end of the Island and across the street from the public Beachview
Country Club & Golf Course. A large, covered lanai encloses a porch off the master bedroom and
living room, which looks down on a full-size, heated and very private pool. Recently remodeled
inside with a bright, tropical flair. Home is surrounded by tropical flowers, lush foliage and
abundant wild life. Float on your back in the pool and watch and listen to ospreys circle overhead.
A pet is welcome with pre-approval from the owner.
