This immaculate beach home is very easy walking distance to Sanibel's shell-covered, sugar-sand
beaches. Located in the east end of the Island and across the street from the public Beachview
Country Club & Golf Course. A large, covered lanai encloses a porch off the master bedroom and
living room, which looks down on a full-size, heated and very private pool. Recently remodeled
inside with a bright, tropical flair. Home is surrounded by tropical flowers, lush foliage and
abundant wild life. Float on your back in the pool and watch and listen to ospreys circle overhead.
A pet is welcome with pre-approval from the owner.

Kitchen fully-stocked with first class cookware and utensils, Crate & Barrel china, totally ready for the gourmet cook. Plenty of linens and towels, including lots of beach towels. Full size washer and dryer.  Internet access is available.
Additional refrigerator directly accessible from pool area.  

Shelling, swimming, beach, golf, and miles of bicycle trails throughout the Island. The  Periwinkle shops and many other cafes and bike rentals are within walking distance.   Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is a short drive away, or do none of the above
