Vacation Rental Description

This All-Inclusive Property is a Gold Crown Resort. Our Gold 
ownership enables us to have you as our guests allowing you to 
receive some of the VIP treatments that we receive while visiting 
the Resort. This resort is breathtaking with amazing views.

A full breakfast is cooked in your Villa every morning by your own 
maid or left for you to cook yourself. The maid cleans up everyday. 
Your private pool is cleaned every morning, and ready for you to 
enjoy. The refrigerator is stocked daily with soda (juice if 
requested), beer and bottled spring water. Bottled Spring water is 
the only water available, so no worries. Room service is also 
available. Lifestyle Member Exclusive VIP Amenities and Privileges 
include private VIP Pool area with bar and huge sun beds. There are 
sun beds that have a cover for the ones that want to relax on the 
beach or by the pool and not have the sun directly on you.

Cocktails, refreshments, and food are brought to you by attentive 
staff. The VIP beach area features pools, sun beds swinging in the 
breeze, a full bar, and food including fresh sushi for lunch. Also 
available for your enjoyment are the VIP gourmet restaurants, VIP 
lounge, VIP disco, and VIP café. The spa located at the resort is 
very exhilarating. The activities staff provides many fun activities 
for all ages. There are private VIP parties on the beach and 
poolside throughout the week. Excellent service and attentiveness. 

We visited the resort and wanted to move there and you will also 
feel the same. The attention you receive is great. You are treated 
with VIP service. Everyone that works there is ready to help you 
with whatever you need. Views are breathtaking.

You pay your All-Inclusive Fees at the resort when you arrive. 
Adults are $47.50 per day, children (4-12) are half 
price and infants are free. 

Suites are 40.00 per day, etc. 
"All Inclusive" includes all you can eat and alcohol (top shelf 
liquor) at the buffet and at the pool, pretty much all over the 
resort. Also includes access to VIP restaurants which serve great 
meals, seafood, chinese food, sushi, everything you can possible 
want.

Stay for a few days or as long as you want. There is also a Spa in 
the resort to just relax and get a massage and let all the stress 
from work just go away.

Ocean World next door features a casino, wildlife park, aquarium and 
swimming with the dolphins. Also in the area is horseback riding, 
SCUBA diving, Jeep safari tours, windsurfing, go-carting, golf, 
jungle tours, waterfall exploration and even swimming with whales.

We also have Studios, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom 
Penthouses available. I know the 2 bd suites come with a fully 
stocked refrigerator with beer, soda, and water also, with Dining 
Room, Living Room, Full Kitchen.

These units are perfect for just a family. These units do not 
feature private pools, but there are public pools all over the 
resort. My prices are more than half off the regular prices listed 
on the resorts website.

If you pay for a five or six bedroom ($2,800.00 per week) but when 
you check in it is not available for you, they might give you two 3 bd 
villas to accommodate the amount of people.  
I can only guarantee a three bedroom 
villa. 

The more notice you can give, the better the chances of having a 
villa available. There are only 90 villas on the resort. 

One and Two bedroom suites are easier to reserve since there are so 
many more available. Resort credit given for future use if cancellation is required.

Update from Customer Service as of 9/2007 ***Golf Cart is for 
Members....Guests will get a golf cart if available and not being 
used by a member --- cannot be guaranteed**  But the resort has free shuttle service
24 hours a day, so if you need a ride to the VIP restaurants or to the VIP Buffet or the VIP Beach 
or to anywhere in the resort, you just call VIP Customer Service and the shuttle will be there 
within 2 minutes to pick you up and take you where you need to and pick you up afterwards.
