Under "Now Showing," "Basic Rates," click on desired month (2 mos. 
will appear at a time). 
The calendar will show the daily rates for the Jr. Suite. 
DO NOT book thru that website, that is MGM with the higher rate. 
 
Take those daily rates MINUS: 
Daily - Minus 25% 
7+ Nights - Minus 30% 
14+ Nights - Minus 35% 
21+ Nights - Minus 40% 
28+ Nights - Minus 50% all subject to availability 
Add 9% NV lodging tax to total 
(Minimum - 3-night stay; if less than 3 nights, add $50) 
 
Rates vary depending on the local event listing. 
Note the greater discount for longer stay. 
 
Maid service is available for $40/nt. refresh, $50/nt. full cleaning- 
-optional--24-hour notice if request. Plenty of fresh towels and  
linen will be provided.  As an owner, can provide free usage & free  
detergent with 4 washers & dryers on the 1st floor. 
 
Reservation will be held ONLY when $100 deposit is made to Pay Pal to Owner. $200 deposit for 7+  
night stay.  ($100 (or $200) of that non-refundable if cancellation; otherwise applied).  Balance  
will be due via personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to the Owner and must be received  
within two weeks after Pay Pal payment is made.  Balance payment may also be paid in cash on arrival  
date. 
 
Check-in:  3:00 p.m. 
Check-out:  11:00 a.m.

If it’s a surprise, you can send me your special gift, and I will have it ready to the  
surprise of the recipient.  Or perhaps a dozen roses--or mylar balloons with your special message.   
Leave it up to the imagination! 
Von’s carries a dozen roses for $9.99.  They also have the 18” mylar balloons for $3.99 ea.--make  
into a boquet for $7.99 (using four other colored 18” balloons).  The reg. colored balloons are  
$1.99 ea.  The mylar balloons have such sayings as:  Happy Birthday, I Luv You, etc.
