Vacation Rental Description

As you step out onto the patio, the #11 green on the Arnold Palmer Private Course, home of the Bob 
Hope Classic in January, awaits you. Take an evening stroll along the beautiful lighted mountain, 
taking in the fragrances of the many beautiful flowers and citrus trees. The pool and jacuzzi are 
only steps away. And for music and art lovers, La Quinta is one of the top eight places in the nation 
to retire according to "Where to Retire" magazine.

This 1910 square foot, end unit, condo has been recently remodeled with new leather couches and 
stylish bed frames and bedroom furniture. It features 2 bedrooms, den (with a hide-a-bed) and 3 full 
baths; a king, a queen, and a full sleeper sofa for your comfort. The master bedroom has a new king 
size bed with all new bedding and its own jacuzzi. There is a 42" plasma Direct TV in the living room 
together with surround sound, as well as other cable TVs in den and 2 bedrooms. There is DSL and Wi 
Fi.

With its own separate eating area, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. 
Appliances galore, including 3 juicers, blenders, coffee makers, counter top convection oven, and 
bread warmer. For a more intimate setting, the formal dining room will meet your intimate dining 
experiences.

There are two patios, one off the kitchen and living room that overlooks the golf course and has 
lounges and a patio table with umbrella, all under a covered roof. Another quiet patio is off the 
master bedroom and features plants and flowers as well as its own patio set.

This is a great location, only 35 minutes from the Palm Srings International Airport, and close to 
many restaurants. Many golf courses, including La Quinta's new Silver Rock, are only a few minutes 
away. My favorite shopping at Trader Joe's is only 10 minutes up the street.

We have discounted rates for multiple month rentals. So make plans and join us for the season. We

Activities and Attractions

Many golf courses nearby, including La Quinta's new city course, Silver Rock, plus two public PGA West 
courses.  Restaurants galore, just take your pick from take out to fine dining at its best. Home Depot, 
Walmart, Costco, and many other franchises are only 10 minutes away. Jensen's Market, Trader Joe's, 
Henry's all within 10 minutes.
The Indian Casinos provide evening entertainment featuring many well-known artists. The McCallum 
Theater in Palm Desert provides the finest in upscale entertainment. You will never run out of things 
to do, yet you will be quietly secluded in our condo right up next to the mountain.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available all year
Minimum one month rental 

High season, January through April, October through December: 
  One month:     $3950/mo.
  Two months:    $3700/mo.
  Three months:  $3500/mo.

Low season: May through September
   One Month:    $2500/mo.

Security deposit of $500 to hold dates, 100% refundable per rental agreement
Cleaning fee: $100 for monthly rentals.
Deposit: 25% of rent with rental agreement; full payment 60 days prior; 90 days for high season
Cancellation: 60 days prior to arrival in low season; 3 months prior in high season, Jan-April
