This 1910 square foot, end unit, condo has been recently remodeled with new carpeting and floor tile throughout, new leather couches and

baths; a king, a queen, and a full sleeper sofa for your comfort. The master bedroom has a new king
size bed with all new bedding and its own jacuzzi. There is a 42" HD plasma Direct TV with HD-DVR  in the living room
together with surround sound, as well as other cable TVs in den and 2 bedrooms. There is DSL and Wireless.

With its own separate eating area, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need.
Appliances galore, including 3 juicers, blenders, coffee makers, counter top convection oven, and
bread warmer. For a more intimate setting, the formal dining room will meet your intimate dining
experiences.

There are two patios, one off the kitchen and living room that overlooks the golf course and has
lounges and a patio table with umbrella, all under a covered roof. Another quiet patio is off the
master bedroom and features plants and flowers as well as its own patio set.

This is a great location, only 35 minutes from the Palm Srings International Airport, and close to
many restaurants. Many golf courses, including La Quinta's new Silver Rock, are only a few minutes
away. My favorite shopping at Trader Joe's is only 10 minutes up the street.
