Vacation Rental Description

Newly constructed villa located in an upscale Venetian Golf and  
River Club.  Completely and tastefuly furnished.   The Venetian is  
an ammenity rich community with an acclaimed golf course, beautiful  
landscaping, lakes, wetlands and conservation sites with abundant  
wild life and a 70 acre nature preseve park along the Myake River.   
Key ammenities include a club house featuring gourmet dining, two  
pools, exercise equipment and facililities,spa,lighted teenis court,  
trails, Canoeing and scheduled activities.  A separate golf club  
house and excess to golf playing is available at Renter's expense.   
 
The villa is close to 1700 sq. ft. of living space, on a lake,  
beautifully and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style.  Large  
open space kitchen with marble counters, stove, microwave,  
diswasher, washer and dryer  and all disheds and utencles.  Master  
bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closets and roman shower.  
Second bedroom has two twin beds. Two televisions and basic cable  
service included.  All linens provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located convenietly west of I-75 exit 195 in proximity to all the  
rich culturals offering in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area.  Easilly  
accessible by air via Sarasota, Tampa or Ft. Meyers airports.  Only  
2 hours from Orlando and Disney World. 
Within minutes from Golf shore beaches and only 20 minuted from  
Sarasota.

Vacation Rental Rates

Villa avilable for two months minimum rental period only. 
Maximun occupany is two adults and two Children (under 18 years old) 
 
May thru November (October excluded) - $1,750 /month 
January - March - $3,000 / month 
April - $2,500 / month 
 
$1,000 security deposit 
$100 cleaning fee at end of lease 
 
Absolutely no smoking and no pets! 
Renter will need to use mobile phone for all communication needs -  
Landline and internet service can be installed and activated at  
Renter's expense. 
Electric and gas utilities are covered up to $125 per month.  Free  
trash service and water
