This is a charming, spacious junior one bedroom unit in private home with your own
private entrance--it truly has the feel of your own country cottage.  Located in a quiet, very upscale and
safe neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful open park in front
of the house.

Plenty of street parking. 

The bedroom with a queen size bed looks onto
the spacious living room. If you prefer sleeping near the working
fireplace a futon bed is located in the living room.

The kitchen is full size, equipped with everything you need,
refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, glasses
dishes and all utensils.

There is plenty of closet space.
There is a small office with a desk, and an additional
study/meditation alcove space.

Cable TV with premium package, HBO and on-demand free movies are
available. Bring your laptop; we have a wireless internet connection.
Coffee maker, alarm clock, iron, hair dryer. Laundromat , Dry Cleaners
are 3 blocks away.

Centrally located and easy to get to the Golden Gate Bridge, The Bay
Bridge, SF airport, Silicon Valley and the Beach. Near Stern Grove
for great free Summer concerts.
10 min from Golden Gate park, De Young and the Legion Of Honor and the
Japanese Tea Garden.
San Francisco being a small city also means no matter where you are you
are only minutes
away from downtown and other charming neighborhoods with nearby public
transportation (bart/muni bus lines).
Walking distance to SF State, City College, Stonestown Shopping
Center/Macy's, Borders Books, Restaurants, etc. Coffee houses, small
grocery shops, restaurants and the West Portal district are nearby.
The beautiful Pacific Ocean and SF Zoo are about 2 miles away and
public transportation
takes you anywhere in the city in about 20-30 minutes.

unique situations of the different area's of SF. We
offer our honest recommendations while you enjoy our lovely unit
without rushing or obligating yourself to the wrong house or
apartment. We work with you. The owners are a husband and wife
team available at times to take you on tours of the city and nearby
sights including the Napa Valley wine country. Tour fees vary
depending upon your specific requests.

Pet & Smoke Free Environment

Rates for 1-2 people ($20 more for 3rd person)

3 night minimum.
$99/night for less than 7 nights.
$ 85/night for 7 nights or more.
$20 for extra person. 3 people maximum.

25% deposit due to confirm your reservation and guarantee the quoted
rate. Confirmation of your reservation will be made when your deposit
has cleared our bank.
Full payment is due at the time of arrival. We accept U.S.
Dollars,cashier checks or Pay Pal (visa/mastercard).
Personal checks are accepted only during the deposit period and must
be cleared well in advance of reservation date.

Cancellation fee charges available upon request.

Check in time is 3 P.M. and check out time is 11 A.M. unless other
times have been pre-arranged.

We would appreciate with your inquiry your letting us know something
