bed and sleeper sofa. A kitchenette area is stocked with all you'll need to "eat in" and the hotel
provides complimentary beachside grills with patio dining areas and a tiki bar to watch the sunset.
The room is privately managed and rented, clean, comfortable with the attention to detail that will
make guests return year after year.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Room is LOADED with every convenience you need for a great vacation. Just bring your suitcase.
Heated pool, complimentary beachside gas grills, beach chairs, umbrellas, tiki bar, volleyball. Boat
launch into intracoastal waterway and free docks (first-come, first-served). Free internet.
Activities and Attractions
Very close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, waverunner and boat rentals. On a trolley route
that connects to the rest of St. Petersburg for unlimited activities, dining, shopping. Quiet area --
not overcrowded, but near a lot of activities if you choose.
Vacation Rental Rates
Summer rates start June 1st: $125 per single night, $105 per night (5 night minimum) or $595 per
week=$85 per night (7 night minimum). Many specials and packages available and ALWAYS last-
