Vacation Rental Description

Deluxe 2 BR, 1 BA condo with beautiful views of the city, mountains, 
and Ala Wai Canal. Watch the racing practice's. Shopping, fine 
restaurants (including Eggs and Things – the best breakfast place in 
town!) and the beach just a short stroll away.

Located on the edge of Waikiki, the Royal Aloha is easily 
identifiable by the huge Wyland “Whales” painting on the side of the 
building (see picture).  Unit is air conditioned, with all linens 
and kitchen items provided.  Covered and gated parking is available 
in the building next door for $12/day - a real bargain in Waikiki.

Nearby – only a 5-10 minute walk – are: Ft. DeRussy Beach – an 
expansive yet tranquil beach next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village 
(check their rates and you’ll see why condo rentals are such a great 
value)  International Market Place – the place for the absolute best 
prices on t-shirts, leis, jewelry and more. Ala Moana Shopping 
Center, the largest shopping center in Hawaii. Hawaii Convention 
Center (you can hardly stay any closer.) Ala Wai Canal and Golf 
Course – the Canal is great for long,leisurely walks.  Don Quijote 
Market – shop for groceries where the locals shop!  Far cheaper than 
convenience stores in Waikiki. 

Restaurants - Cheese Cake Factory, Dukes, Hard Rock Cafe, PF Changs,
ChartHouse, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Tony 
Romas, Cheeseburgers in Paradise, McDonalds, Subway, 
Starbucks and Eggs and Things, and many, many more!

Discount car rental just a block away or, if you prefer, The Bus
stops at either corner

After a busy day at the beach or shopping, relax on your spacious
lanai, cooled by the tradewinds and calmed by the beautiful view of
the city and Koolau Mountain Range.

This unit has been freshly upgraded throughout, including new tile,
paint and designer Hawaiian motif.  All essential and customary
kitchen items are provided so that you have a choice of eating in if
desired.  Both bedrooms have queen beds and large closets with all 
new linens. The master bedroom has sliding panels that open up to the
living room for added spaciousness.  The living room has a large 32 in
flat panel LCD/HDTV. Queen futon couch that makes into a queen-size bed
and a futon chair that makes into a single bed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is fully air conditioned although many prefer the gentle
tropical breezes. The Bathroom has shower/Tub. The kitchen has a 
stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.  High speed internet 
provided Free long-distance to the mainland and Canada.

There is a salon in the lower level of the building and a great
internet café across the street at the Waikiki Landmark.

Activities and Attractions

There is so much to do!  The beach of course.  The Honolulu
Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium, the Ala Moana Shopping Center, Restaurant
Row, Dinner cruises, luaus, movies on the beach.  A bit further you 
have Diamond Head Crater, Hanauma Bay (fantastic snorkeling), Sandy 
Beach (world-class body surfing), Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian 
Cultural Center, the Dole Plantation, the North Shore beaches like 
Pipeline and Sunset Beach to name a few.  
Nearby are numerous travel desks you can use to plan your stay.

              2008/2009 (4 night minimum)

DEC 8TH - JAN 6TH       $1300/WK

JAN 7TH - MARCH 31ST    $1100/WK

APRIL 1ST - NOV 30TH    $1000/WK




Please inquire for rates for stays longer than two weeks – reasonable
month-to-month rates also available.

The Details:  All rates:  Plus applicable Hawaii taxes(12%)and $150
cleaning fee.  Minimum 4 night stay.  Deposit of 30% required to
reserve the unit plus $200 refundable security deposit, with 
remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  We accept cashier’s 
checks,money orders and payments through PayPal, which is the 
fastest and easiest way to pay, because until booking is confirmed 
with the deposit, rates are subject to change.  (If PayPal is used,a 
3% surcharge imposed by PayPal is required.  Either add to payment 
or it will be deducted from your security deposit.) If paying by 
credit card, add 5% plus $15 if International.


Cancellations and refunds:   Up to 30 days prior to arrival:  All
deposits refunded, less cancellation fee of 20% of total reservation
cost.  This also will be refunded if unit is able to be re-rented at
the same time period and price.  Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 
Sorry, no refund due to the difficulty of re-renting on short notice.
 No refunds after occupancy has begun.
