Vacation Rental Description

There's no better way to describe this precious, one bedroom apartment located in the quiet and safe 
village of Kew Gardens, Queens. Only 17 minutes by commuter rail to Penn Station in Manhattan or 25 
minutes by nearby subway lines E or F. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets located in the immediate 
vicinity. Apartment has lots of light with southern exposure and no obstructed views. Laundry 
facilities located in basement. This romantic hideaway includes: one bedroom with QUEEN SIZE bed, 
all linens, soaps, towels, blowdryer, full kitchen with cooking amenities, internet, DVD, VCR, QUEEN 
SIZE sofa bed that sleeps two, closet space. Plenty of public transportation available at doorstep. 
Off street parking if driving. NO CHILDREN OR PETS PLEASE.

Vacation Rental Amenities

No strict check in/check out times as long as they are within a reasonable hour. Transportation to 
and from JFK/LGA only, included. I speak fluent French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Activities and Attractions

Manhattan is 17 minutes by commuter rail to the west. Coney Island is 30 minutes by taxi to the 
south. Long Island beaches, vineyards, Hamptons are 30 minutes to an hour to the east and easily 
accessed by nearby expressway or commuter rail.

Vacation Rental Rates

$125 a night/2 people - $150 a night/3 or 4 people - 3 night minimum
$700 a week/2 people - $875 a week/3 or 4 people - 7 night minimum
$2000 a month/up to 4 people max. - 30 days minimum

$200 damage/security deposit required by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), check (drawn on a US 
bank), money order or certified bank check in order to hold reservation. Full payment is due 7 days 
prior to arrival. RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND RENTAL AGREEMENT 
SIGNED. Reservation is on a first come/first reserve basis. Cancellation policy is as follows: If 
cancelling 14 days or more, deposit will be fully refunded. If less than 14 days, deposit will not 
be refunded. If less than 7 days, full payment will not be refunded. $50 cleaning fee is required 
for all stays. NO CHILDREN OR PETS PLEASE.
