This townhouse is a bright clean energy efficient home with 9'
ceilings. A very comfortable 1350 sq. ft. home with new light neutral
color carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. This 2 BR, 2 bath
townhome has a large kitchen and living room. Master bedroom has a
large walk in closet with a ceiling fan with lights, and planation
shutters. MBR bath has a sky light and large shower with sit down
area. Guest bedroom has a private bath with shower/tub combo,
double closet, and ceiling fan with lights and planation shutters.
There are also 4 sky lights througout the townhouse and a small
office with hi-speed internet connection.

Green Valley area numerous golf courses, bird watching in Madera
Canyon and Ramsey Canyon, and hiking with the GVR Hiking Club.
Other attractions near Green Valley or Tucson include the Titan II
Missle Museum, Sororan Desert Museum, Tombstone, Tubac, and Old
Tucson Studios.
Also, it's 35 minutes to Nogales and the Grand Canyon, Southern
California, and the beaches of Mexico are less than one day's drive.

January thru April, 2010 - $500 per week or $2000 per month.
Monthly rentals preferred. $100 per month discount if rented for 2 or more months.
Available May1st, 2010 SPECIAL PRICE $400 PER WEEK PLUS $100 CLEANING FEE
Leases of less than one month will be assessed a $100 cleaning fee.
May, 2010 through November, 2010, $ 700 per month.
At least 1 guest must be 55 years of age or older. The Springs is a
age restricted gated community.
