Vacation Rental Description

Please come and enjoy our home away from home. The building is approx. 7 years new. It is a 2nd  
floor unit with high vaulted ceilings. We leave basic kitchen, laundry and bath supplies for your  
convenience. Amenities include warming up poolside (5 heated pools) then visit one of the on-site  
restaurants. Play golf, play golf, play golf!! pro-shop, tennis, club house with fitness room,  
classes, and group activities are a few other amenities. 
 
- Overlooks the 14th Signature Hole with a water view. 
- Beautiful living Room - TV, VCR, DVD & Stereo with some movies      
  and books  
- Generously supplied kitchen with all amenities. Dining area seats  
  4 and island seats 3. Answering machine and wireless internet WIFI. 
- Master bedroom with King size bed,private bath, TV,VCR and walk-in  
  closet. 
- Guest room has queen bed,large closet,bureau and telephone   
- Den area with sitting chairs and sofa table/desk. 
- Front and back screened lanais with comfortable seating and dining for 4. 
- Gargage with beach chairs, umbrella and picnic supplies. 
- Includes all bedroom linens and bath towels. 
- No pets. No smoking. 
- Washer/Dryer in unit. All rooms have ceiling fans. 
 
The secure gated community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks, lakes  
and landscaping with varied foliage and lots of flowers. 
The snack shack makes packing for the beach easy, just stop on the way out for sandwiches and drinks  
for the cooler.   
 
**GOLFERS**  You have the opportunity to use our Membership Transfer Package (cost $200 ). Two  
people can play golf and use all clubhouse facilities. A twenty dollar greens fee is from  
November through April. All other months have no fees, so your cart cost at $18 is it. In addition,  
most months,there is a membership reciprocity at over 20 other area courses.

  and Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall. 
- 45 minutes to Tampa Airport, 10 minutes to Sarasota-Bradenton
