You will be staying in a new, third floor, oceanfront 2
bedroom / 2 bath beautiful, fully furnished condominium.
Overlooking the ocean and resort pools, you will enjoy stunning
views of the Sea of Cortez and "Rocky Point" from the balcony,
living area and master bedroom of this unit.
This condo comfortably accomodates 6 with a king-size bed in the
master, a queen-size bed in the guest room and a sofa sleeper in the
living area that converts to a comfortable queen-size bed. Towels
and bed linens are provided.
Enjoy all modern-day conveniences such as internet service,
televisions in bedrooms and living area. There is also a DVD player
and stereo in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove,
dishwasher, coffee maker, new glass and dinnerware, eating and
cooking utensils, and cookware. Just bring your food and drink or
order from the resort's room service.
A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

These rates are subject to change without further notice.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
Rates do not include a 10% tax and $35.00 cleaning fee for service
after your departure. Additional cleanings may be requested for a
fee of $35.00 per service. (Normal cleaning is done upon your
departure.) A deposit of $250.00 is made at check-in/arrival and is
refunded upon your check-out/departure if there is no evidence of
damage or loss to the unit.
Your reservation confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon the
receipt of your money. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance
of your arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days
of your arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Holiday
reservations that are cancelled at any time will not receive a
refund.
