Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in the hills above Pelican Key, this villa rises up to greet 
you. This $1.3 million villa has everything you could want for a 
fabulous vacation in the Caribbean. 
Upon your arrival through a private gated driveway, you will be 
greeted with all the fixin's for St. Martin's island drink, a 
Guavaberry Colada. Mix your drink and head right out to the infinity 
whirlpool tub and infinity swimming pool where there is always a 
cool breeze to add to the experience. 
The expansive decks on both floors give you plenty of choices for 
relaxation. Soak up the sun, read a good book, have your meals at 
the outdoor dining table, enjoy the sunset, its all here for your 
enjoyment.

A few of the highlights of the villa include: 3 large bedrooms, each 
with its own bathroom and step-in shower, a full indoor kitchen, an 
outdoor kitchen with a grill, refrigerator and sink, cable 
television in living area with DVD/VCR, televisions in each bedroom 
with DVD/VCR, a DVD library, video library, CD library, stereo 
system with outdoor speakers, fully air conditioned, wireless 
internet, cable TV, private gated entrance, private pool and 
whirlpool tub, expansive decks, and safes in each bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed with luxury sheets and 
pillows and a full wall of sliding glass doors that lead right onto 
the deck. The bathroom is enhanced with a marble step-in shower and 
a fountain sink that adds a rich touch. Luxury towels complete your 
romantic experience in this private and luxurious master bedroom. 
This bedroom has a 27" television with DVD and VCR. It is the only 
bedroom on the first floor, giving lots of privacy!
Two additional bedrooms are furnished with 1 queen bed and 2 twin 
beds, each with a television, DVD. The bedrooms each have a full 
wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the second floor deck with 
amazing views! Keep the private air conditioning on or simply open 
your windows for an amazing Caribbean breeze all night long. The 
full bathrooms feature step-in showers and luxury towels.

The pool feaures "diamonds" during and an infinity whirlpool tub to 
cool you off after you sun yourself on the expansive decks. The 
upper and lower decks of St. Paradise have enough seating for family 
gatherings and also enough privacy if you want to go off by yourself 
read a good book, sunbathe or simply relax while enjoying the 
breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. 

St. Paradise has a fully equipped indoor kitchen with lots of room 
for several cooks and even a few onlookers at the bar. We always 
keep a few spices and condiments on hand for your convenience. (You 
might even find a few "extras" when you arrive!) If you don't want 
to spend your vacation time grocery shopping, we can shop for you in 
advance and have everything you need waiting for you upon arrival to 
the villa. A personal chef is also available for your stay for an 
additional charge. Local caterers will always be around to serve a 
special meal if you want to eat in but don't want to cook. 

One of our favorite features of the villa is the outdoor kitchen and 
dining area. You never have to go inside! Throw a couple of lobsters 
or steaks on the grill, keep your beer and wine chilled in the 
outdoor refrigerator and eat in the outdoor dining area. It just 
doesn't get any better than this! The stereo system is wired with 
outdoor speakers completing your dining experience with your 
favorite background music.

The indoor living area features a television with cable, a DVD 
player, VCR and stereo system. A DVD collection, video collection, 
and music collection (with several island tunes!), complete your 
indoor entertainment. The stereo can easily be heard on the outdoor 
terrace. For those of you who want to stay connected with your loved 
ones, we also offer WIFI for your laptop.

If you want additional pampering while visiting St. Paradise, we 
have several local massage therapists available for your enjoyment 
and relaxation. Getting a massage while overlooking the Caribbean is 
one of the best ways to treat yourself! Truly a memorable 
experience! Advance notice is requested.  Housekeeping is provided 5 
days per week.

At no extra charge, we will also set up your car rental.  Paradise 
Car Rental will meet you at the airport and bring you directly to St.
Paradise.

Our goal is to provide you with the most relaxing and luxurious 
vacation possible.

You can't go to St. Martin without visiting one of their 37 glorious 
beaches. The nearest beach is a five minute walk. In addition, just 
down the hill, you can walk to a small grocery store, the Hollywood 
Casino, a beach bar and several excellent restaurants. One of St. 
Martin's most popular beaches, Orient Beach, is an easy 15 minute 
drive. Phillipsburg is a 10 minute gorgeous drive along the 
Caribbean Ocean, Marigot is a peaceful and entertaining 15 minutes 
away. The many restaurants and casinos of Simpson Bay are mere 
minutes from St. Paradise Villa. 

We accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and cashiers 
checks, so payment couldn't be easier. A 50% deposit is required to 
hold your dates. I will send you a confirmation email after the 
deposit is confirmed. The additional 50% is due 45 days prior to 
check-in. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to check in 
will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. Reservations cancelled 
less than 30 days prior will be refunded 50% of your deposit only if 
the villa rebooks for the same dates. 

Our property manager will meet you at the villa to show you around 
and give you any information about the island you might need. The 
villa is rented a limited number of weeks per year to allow our 
guests flexibility and to keep it fresh and new, so make your 
reservations as early as possible.
