Gulf Beach Getaway in Madeira Beach

Bring your family to the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. As the
sun is setting, you can also check out the waters to see how many dolphins are playing in the
area. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 comfortably, with the sofa converting to a queen
size sleeper. This 9th floor unit allows a clear view south to the tip of the barrier island, pick
out your favorite landmarks! The unit has been completely remodeled with quality workmanship, and
has a very warm florida feeling. The full sized kitchen, with eat in area, is fully stocked with
all of the cooking utensils needed. Dine on the balcony, or at the dining room table, and look out
the triple patio doors. Bring your suitcase with your toothbrush and other personal items,
everyting else is already in the unit; beach towels, beach chairs, and linens. At the end of the
day, throw those beach clothes in the full sized washer and dryer, and get ready for another great
day at the beach!

The Ocean Sands condo complex has many amenities for residents and guests. There is a large
outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi with ample lounge chairs to rest on between swims. The upper deck
has shuffle board courts, common charcoal grill for anyones' use, a tiki hut, and seating area for
outdoor dining. The building is locked at all times, and requires a key to enter. The gates to the
pool and to the beach are also secured, so only residents or guests have entry to the complex.
There is an assigned parking space, in a garage, out of the heat and sun. There are 2 elevators, or
steps for the ambitious people.

Ocean Sands in in the heart of Madeira Beach. A car is not a necessity, you are within walking
distance of many amenities. Across the street are 2 restaurants, and a gas/convience station. The
grocery, pharmacy, library, post office, and more restaurants are a long block away. Go another
block, and you have a park, beachstore, and putt putt golf. Travel on the beach trolley to historic
Johns Pass, where you can go on a pirate cruise, dolphin watch, rent jet skis, go out on a fishing
charter, or just enjoy the shops and restaurants.

May - November 1000.00 week or 3750.00 month
