historic San Miguel De Allende. It's yours for as long as you like 
and comes with our golden staff, as well as all of life’s little 
conveniences.

The cost averages out to about the same as the most sought after Bed 
and Breakfasts in the area, so why not allow your-selves the privacy 
and conveniences an entire home has to offer? Our staff can help you 
with phone-calls and information, and since Casa Valle De Los 
Angeles is in ‘el centro’ (within the historic centre of town) 
everything is at your fingertips.

Valle De Los Angeles, so named for the flocks of igrids that live in 
the valley trees, boasts a pristine swimming pool; is terraced by 
three gardens; faces views of the lake and town from every room, and 
has 3 comfortable bedrooms each with a full and private bath. All 
this together with our wonderful housekeeper (who is also a wealth 
of Mexican culinary delights), and our very talented, unintrusive 
gardener promises to create one of your most memorable vacations.

Many incredible churches including the astounding Parroquia 
cathedral are only a walk away, as are San Miguel’s world-class 
restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. And remember, Taxis are 
abundant and inexpensive for those occasions when simply ‘arriving’ 
at your destination is the preference.
By the way, we can easily arrange for your pick up from and delivery 
to the airport.

Available upon your request:
for the following there will either be extra charges as in the case 
of long distance calls or heating the pool, or they will be extra 
services performed by our staff, so when you tip at the end of your 
stay please keep any and all extras performed by them in mind. Thank 
you.

*use of extra bedrooms(although we will have no other guests at the 
house during your stay with us)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates per month: $2850.
Rates per week: $1000.00 for one couple
Rates include all utilities except gas to heat pool and long 
distance phone calls. Gas for pool(Separate tank) will be charged to 
you.

Staff will provide laundry and cleaning service, and breakfast is
included. Our staff is happy to provide other meals upon request. 
Tipping should reflect this extra effort. All food and personal 
supplies are the responsibility of our guests.

Security deposits (to cover any damages) are refundable upon 
our ‘cleared’ inspection, except for final cleaning fee. Any damage 
sustained as a consequence of your stay (barring regular wear and 
tear) will be charged against your security deposit without 
exception. However, we generally have very little issue with this 
due to the calibre of guests we have been fortunate to enjoy.
Use of the pool is encouraged, however, be aware that replacing the 
gas needed (separate tank) to heat the pool will be deducted from 
your security deposit.
If you do not wish to heat the pool there is no extra charge for 
using it. (Personally, I would suggest heating it first.)

We do not allow the use of any room that is not a bedroom to be 
used for over-night stays.
Children over 15 are welcome, and only with supervision.
No pets please. We apologize for this because we love animals, 
but this is not negotiable.
