Valle De Los Angeles, so named for the flocks of igrids that live in
the valley trees, boasts a pristine swimming pool; is terraced by
three gardens; faces views of the lake and town from every room, and
has 3 comfortable bedrooms each with a full and private bath. All
this together with our wonderful housekeeper (who is also a wealth
of Mexican culinary delights), and our very talented, unintrusive
gardener promises to create one of your most memorable vacations.
Many incredible churches including the astounding Parroquia
cathedral are only a walk away, as are San Miguel’s world-class
restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. And remember, Taxis are
abundant and inexpensive for those occasions when simply ‘arriving’
at your destination is the preference.
By the way, we can easily arrange for your pick up from and delivery
to the airport.

for the following there will either be extra charges as in the case
of long distance calls on the local line, heating the pool, or extra
services performed by our staff. When you tip at the end of your
stay please keep any and all extras performed at your service in mind. Thank

An example of extras that may require an extra fee or that you should consider when tipping are as follows (if you have questions about this pls. do not hesitate to ask BEFORE your arrival):
*lunch or dinner preparation
*desserts (YUmmmm!)
*use of 3rd bedroom (although we will have no other guests at the
house during your stay with us this requires extra upkeep and attention)
*shopping required for extra meals
*dry-cleaning service (this also takes some planning)
*extra large laundry loads can also be handled by our staff.(also
keep in mind when tipping)

 Rates per month: $2850.
Rates per week: $950.00 for one couple,                                                   $1100.00 for maximum of 2 couples,  or up to and not to exceed 5 individuals in total at any given time please.
Rates include normal use of utilities (except gas to heat pool which is optional)                                                                                                                       Security (Oops) deposit is $600.00 for one week stay, or 1000.00 for one months 28 days stay.

Security deposit is not for the purpose of replacing propane used for heating pool (Separate tank). Propane for this purpose is a separate charge and in addition to rental fee. Not all guests wish to heat the pool so we do separate this out as heating the pool is entirely optional.
Teresa (our wonderful housekeeper) can provide laundry and cleaning service, and prepare and serve breakfast. She is happy to also provide other meals upon request.
Tipping should be reflective of her hard work and extra effort. All food and personal supplies are the responsibility of our guests. Wood for fire places can be purchased on your behalf. Security (Oops) deposit (to cover any damages) is refundable upon our ‘cleared’ inspection, except for final cleaning fees (for any unusual cleaning needs). Although security deposit is not intended for anything other than for accidents or damages, any unreimbursed food or other expenses purchased on your behalf and not reconciled with Teresa before your departure will be deducted from this deposit if necessary.  A complete list will be provided you in this event. Any damage sustained as a consequence of your stay (barring normal wear and tear) will be charged against your security deposit without exception. However, we generally have very little issue with this
due to the caliber of guests we have been fortunate to enjoy.
Please remember that if you do not wish to heat the pool there is no extra charge for using it. (Personally, I would suggest heating it first unless renting in June.)
We do not allow the use of any room that is not a bedroom to be used as a bedroom.
Children over 15 are welcome, and only with supervision.
Pets are considered if 'pet parents' are responsible and considerate of our home and garden.  Please clean up after your pet even in the garden. We love animals, but we must be strict so that guests who come after you can also enjoy our home as you found it. If your pet is approved, Tipping our gardener  for inevitable extra attention to 'used areas' would be appreciated.

We do understand that accidents do happen even with the best of pets so, if your pet does damage a plant (for instance), we ask that you kindly replace it. Our gardener can help you with that by purchasing a new plant for you. (Rest asssured, plants are rather inexpensive here in Mexico... so this will not be a hardship on your pocket (unless the damage is extensive or indoors), and we will appreciate the gesture).
