Vacation Rental Description

                                TO HORSE OR NOT TO HORSE??

                                   IT'S YOUR DECISION!!
     
     Our Western style guest house is available for the Winter.  We have full horse facilities 
available with a 6 stall mare motel, dressage arena, round pen, smaller work arena and tack room.

     But, maybe you don't have horses.  Either way, you will still be very comfortable in our guest 
house.

     We are located in NorthEast Tucson, Arizona, away from the hustle and bustle of the City, yet 
close enough for any activity.

     Our guest house is a 1300 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, one bath with full kitchen featuring a 
dishwasher, stovetop/oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven and, of 
course, all pots, pan, skillets, dishes, etc.  It features a dining area, kitchen bar area, a wood 
burning fireplace and an outdoor gas BQ.

     There is a TV with DVD and VHS player with a good library of videos and CD's, and, of course, 
Direct Satellite in included.

     Our home and the Guest House is located on 4 acres, mostly secluded from our neighbors in a 
desert setting with many Saguaros and great mountain views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountains.

Activities and Attractions

     Our Desert location is just a few minutes away from Agua Caliente Park, one of the most unusual 
areas in Southern Arizona, with large natural ponds, massive palm trees and beautiful picnic areas.  
A real life Oasis.

     We are just minutes away from Saguaro National Forest East for fabulous trail riding and there 
is some trail riding available directly from our property.

     The road to Mt. Lemmon is a short distince away, directly to the North.

Vacation Rental Rates

This rental is available for the Winter, and for a minumum of 5 months.  You can choose your 
starting and ending months.  

The rental fee is $4,000.00 per month without horses with a minimum of 5 months.  Rates with horses 
per month are as follows:

We will provide the feeding of all horses both AM and PM, so all horses on the property are fed at 
the same time.

1.  Stall and Water Only with feeding 2x :   $100.00
2.  If we supply the hay:                    $100.00
3.  If we clean stalls:                      $100.00
 
Of course, you will be responsible for any major damage done to the stalls or equipment.
