ground floor and faces the  
street. 
 
This large 2 bedroom apartment has a surface of 900 square feet. The 
unit was fully renovated and  
very nicely decorated.  
 
The apartment is situated in the North entrance upper floor and faces 
the street. Its layout is very  
comfortable, entering through a cozy living room, nicely furnished and 
with a charming (non working)  
chimney. 
 
Offering queen size beds, the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. 
The bathroom was beautifully  
redone for your convenience  
 
This South Beach vacation rental apartment will comfortably 
accommodate 6 people with the sofa bed  
situated in the living room.
