Or,if you prefer just a few minutes away is a breathtaking ocean in
which you can enjoy snorkeling, diving, fishing or just watching a
beautiful sunset at the end of the day. We offer a personal golf
cart and two bicycles so you may view our beautiful gated Kapoho
community at your leisure. And, just 20 minutes away from this
beautiful gated community is shopping for your convenience.

vacation rental rates
3 night minimum stay; $175/day, $300 refundable damage deposit. $100 cleaning fee. If rental falls under the 3 night minimum stay, the rent shall be $250/day, plus Hawaii tax. Please call for discounts on weekly and monthly rates. Five guests maximum, $15 each additional guest, per day, up to 8 maximum. Cash and/or cashier's checks. Please pay 1/2 of the rental amount due to hold your reservation. The balance of the rental amount is due before you take occupancy. If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75, otherwise deposit is non-refundable. Check-in and check-out is at 12 noon. Amenities rates and policies subject to change without notice. Rates for the Holiday Season and Merry Monarch may be higher than published rates.
