$1950 per week for 1 unit that sleeps 6, or $3900 for 2 units (entire house) that sleeps 12.

This great, clean duplex (or you can use as a one family home as well) is only 8 houses to the beach on the Oceanside - no crossing the main boulevard to get to the beach! It has everything you could possibly want to have a comfortable, quiet, relaxing vacation! Because of these tough economic times, we have priced our home very fairly compared to others in our area, and we also are including 2 Adult Beach Badges per floor to save you money as well!


You can rent one floor that sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full
baths and queen sofabed, or use the internal staircase and rent both floors to enjoy
one huge home with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths and queen sofabed - sleeps 12
comfortably!

The home is set back off the road with a huge driveway to fit 4-6
cars. Plenty of privacy on a quiet street! Great yard for the kids
to play safely off the street.

Walk to the Acme Grocery Store, Skipper Dipper Icecream Parlor,
Joey's Pizza, Bike Rentals, etc.

Each floor has a kitchen/dining room/living room open floor plan, 2
bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 single beds), and 2 Full bathrooms - a
Great Bonus over other homes for rent. Makes showering in the
morning easy for everyone! Also has a queen sleeper sofa in each
living room - sleeps 6 people per floor comfortably!

There is an outdoor shower, washer/dryer, clothes line for wet
towels and bathings suits, outside patio area with plenty of
tables/chairs and a BBQ Grill. Both floors are air conditioned with window units
in every room as well as ceiling fans in all rooms which helps circulate the air.

This home was recently renovated and includes new, fresh,
clean paint, brand new sleeper sofa and loveseat downstairs, new
mattresses in all bedrooms, new curtains, new comforters/pillows, new
air conditioners, etc.

We rent to families only since this is a very quiet street with most
families living there all year round - Sorry but no high school or
college student groups. Pets and smoking are prohibited indoors.

SUMMER RATES:  $1950 for one floor (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms), or $3900 for entire house (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms)

Nightly & Holiday Rates:
Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend - $295/night per floor
June, September and October: $250/night per floor
All other off-season months: $175/night per floor

We are very flexible in the off-season for nightly rentals - you can
do 2, 3, 4 nights, as long as home is available - just email or call
me to discuss options.

Payment Terms: 50% of rental due at contract signing. Balance due 14
days before check in date. Security Deposit due at contract
signing - $500 per floor/weekly rentals or $250 per floor/nightly
rentals
