Vacation Rental Description

Sunrise Condo is an island paradise providing you with the luxury  
and convenience of your own condominium. Here you'll enjoy the  
services of a Hotel with the comforts of your own home. Inside this  
condominium, you will enjoy the lush tropical foliage that surrounds  
amenities such as our tennis court, gym facilities, and heated  
swimming pool with spa.   
 
Smathers Beach, Key West's largest, is moments away. There you will  
find such activities as windsurfing, sailboarding, snorkeling and  
kayak or Jet Ski tours. Of course, you might also just choose to  
relax. My elegantly appointed condominium brings the tropical flavor  
of Key West indoors, and offers you the luxury of truly having  
a “home away from home”.  
 
My condominium features two bedrooms, with a king bed in the master  
bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two full baths,  
hairdryers, washer / dryer, DVD, televisions, telephones and data  
port.  There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.  The fully  
outfitted kitchen opens onto the living room, with bar counter  
seating between. From your balcony, you may be able to observe the  
daily goings on of the many species of birds that inhabit the Salt  
Ponds Preserve. Whether it is at the resort or on the beach,  
relaxing is an important aspect of the Key West lifestyle.  
 
You will find convenient bicycle rental available on the property.    
As our island is relatively small, approximately 2 by 4 miles, many  
guests find this their preferred mode of transportation. There is  
also conveniently scheduled motor transportation available to lively  
Duval Street and the surrounding historic district. There is much to  
see and do while in Key West and I am certain that you will enjoy it  
all the more when you stay at my Sunrise Condo.  
 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals are weekly, generally Saturday to Saturday. Periodically  
three day rentals are available.  Call for availability . 
  
Weekly rates May 2008 to Dec 2008 are $1400 per week for up to 4  
people, $1550 for 5 and $1700 for 6 + tax. 
 
Rates Dec 2007 to May 2008 are $1600 per week for up to 4 people,  
$1750 for 5 and $1900 for 6 + tax.   
 
Certain holiday and special event rates are higher.
