Intercoastal and six blocks from the ocean between Federal Hwy (US1) 
and A1A off George Bush Blvd.

1 bedroom/1 bath.  It is spacious and airy with a designated parking 
space adjacent to the condo.

Bedroom is furnished with 1 full bed, 2 chests, 2 nightstands,

granite counter top.  All new appliances, electric stove, 
dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator w/freezer on bottom

Living room has queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD/VCR.

All linens and towels provided.

Activities and Attractions

This unit is in a great location...30 minutes to West Palm Beach 
Airport and 40 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport.  It is 6 blocks to 
the beach and 1 mile to downtown Delray Beach's popular Atlantic 
Ave.  On Atlantic Avenue there are many outdoor cafes with fine 
and casual dining, boutiques, art galleries, museums, day spas, 
outdoor Green Market, new public library, and lots of nightlife with 
live music.

There are many golf courses nearby, a world class tennis facility, 
bicycle rentals, boating, fishing, beaches, shopping.
