Vacation Rental Description

Just steps from the ocean this vacation condo is located on  
the third floor with a gorgeous ocean view. Look out your window and  
watch guests swimming in the pool, walking on the beach collecting  
shells, or fishing in the surf. There is something for everyone to  
do on this vacation.  
This one bedroom, one bath, condo unit offers everything  
you would expect from this Sunshine State! Recently  
renovated, and decorated it has it’s own Jacuzzi tub/shower and  
open living room/ dining area. The living room queen-sized sofa bed  
sleeps 2.

·Kitchen stocked with paper goods, spices, dishes, untensils, and  
pots and pans 
 
·Bathroom stocked with paper goods, toiletries, hair dryer,curling    
iron, bath and beach towels 
 
·Jacuzzi tub  
 
·Small appliances include: microwave,coffee pot, espresso pot,  
George Foreman grill, deep fryer,large frying pan, toaster, blender 
 
·Sleeps 4 (Queen bed, Queen-pullout couch) 
 
·Complex three-story with elevator 
 
·No smoking in unit  
 
·$200 refundable security deposit for rentals (Booking not held  
until deposit received) 
 
·All stays will require a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee 
 
·11% tax added to rates (5% tourist and 6% state) – no tax on  
cleaning fee 
 
·Rental fee to be paid in full 30 days before check in unless other  
arrangements are made. 
 
·Deposit will be returned after condo is cleaned and checked out  
(usually within one week of check out). 
 
·Check in time is 3:00pm 
 
·Check out time is 11:00am  
 
 

Activities and Attractions

This condo is only 40 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, and   
Port Canaveral with its cruise-ships, and several gambling ships.  
Disney is one hour away, as is Sebastian State Park. Melbourne  
International Airport is 20 minutes away-- Orlando International  
Airport is 50 minutes away. Golf and sport fishing opportunities  
abound! Shopping and entertainment amenities are located all within  
one mile of the unit. Shopping malls both north and south of the  
unit include, Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Publix, Walgreens, CVS,  
Movie Theatre and others. Restaurant and shops with take out and  
delivery are available in the immediate vicinity. Beach bars, unique  
restaurants are within walking distance. 

Vacation Rental Rates

*Special $450 per week 
1) Check-in Sept. 24th Check-out Sept.30th 
or 
2) Check-in Oct. 20th  Check-out Oct. 26th 
or 
3) Check-in Oct. 30th  Check-out Nov. 5th 
              
High Season (January - April)   $750    per week 
Mid Season  (May - November)    $650    per week 
Low Season  (December)   $450 per week
