Waters Edge at Heart Lake in Gaylord

Beautiful beachfront home on 140' of crystal clear all-sports Heart
Lake. Home is situated on very private point of the lake at the end
of a much desired cul-de-sac. Waters Edge is located just 11 miles
south of Gaylord at Exit 270. Heart Lake is known to be the cleanest
inland lake in Michigan. The beachfront boasts 140' of sugar sand
beach. It's approximately 80+ acres. Heart Lake is approximately
3.5 hours from Detroit and 1.5 hours from Traverse City, 45 minutes
to the Mackinac Bridge.

Four bedrooms: 2 on main level and 2 on lower walkout level. Main
level has one full bed and two twins and so does the lower level
respectively. Lower level also has a queen sleeper sofa.
Two large family/living rooms 1up[Living Room/1down [Family Room]
with cable tv and internet access. Both upper and lower family rooms
have wood burning split stone fireplaces. Both levels have full
baths. Lower walkout level has washer/dryer, pool table and bar.
Upper level is open living space with dining room overlooking the
lake as well as the living / kitchen area. 40 foot deck off the
living room with patio furniture and BBQ grill.
Lower patio is a walkout from the lower level w/patio furniture.
Picnic table in stone cove lakeside. Storage room stocked with
fishing rods, life jackets, oars for the rowboat, floating mats, etc.
Full kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience.
All linens and towels provided, paper products in bathrooms supplied
as well.
Dvd, Vcr, some videos
Fire pit for the cooler nights in Northern Michigan.
Coffee Pot, Toaster/Blender, Microwave and pots and pans included.
Rowboat and paddleboat provided.
Sea Doo rental / pontoon rental only minutes away. Great lake for all
sports.
Parking: enough of room for 4 trucks or cars.
Public access on south end of the lake.

Gaylord boasts 21+ golf courses and is considered the Golf Mecca of
Northern Michigan. All types of golfers will have fun here. Any kind
of golf you want is within minutes of the house, great home for golf
gatherings.
Waters Edge at Heart Lake is situated amongst many popular
sightseeing towns like Traverse City, Mackinaw City and Bridge,
Petosky, Charlovoix and Big Bear Dunes on the west side of the state.
Skiing at Sylvan's Treetops in Gaylord which is 20+ minutes and they
are always making snow in the winter months. Great fun. You can
also venture to Boyne which is approximately 30-45 minutes away as
well.
Hartwick Pines is just south of Gaylord approximately 30 minutes.
They have some of the biggest pines in northern Michigan and you can
eat there too. Canoeing at the lake or in Grayling is 20 minutes away
at the AuSable River, miles of streams to travel.
In the winter months, there is swimming and ice skating at the
Sportsplex in Gaylord, 15 minutes away.
Gaylord is a growing town decorated in the Northern Alpine look which
is taken after it's sister city in Europe. Halfway to Gaylord you
will cross the 45th parallel and head into town for some great 'eats'
and putt-putt, bumper cars and Call of the Wild where the younger
group would love to see animated northern wildlife and all would love
to shop in the gift shoppe. Horseback riding is just 20 minutes away
and occassionally you will see horseback riders along Old 27. Otsego
Lake is 5 minutes tops from the house.
