Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a southeast georgious view of the 
ocean and pool.  You are steps to the beach. It is less than 1 mile 
to the quaint Lauderdale-By-The-Sea downtown areas with restaurants, 
nightlife, and pier.  Though some of my pictures came out a little 
dark the condo is light and airy.  There is a queen with private 
bath in the master bedroom, and the quest room has 2 twins.  The 
livingroom sofa also folds out to a bed for extra guests. The second 
bath is a full bath with tub and shower.  Furniture is up to date 
with a contemporary seaside feel.       

Vacation Rental Amenities

The fitness room has all new equipment and overlooks the ocean.  
There is a sauna, pool, card room, meeting center, and 24 hour 
security.  There is one covered parking spot and plenty of guest 
parking.  You can walk across the street to the shopping center for 
groceries, salon services, coffee shop, and drug store, etc.. as 
well as walk downtown. 

Activities and Attractions

The association has a number of activities including the sales of 
hotdogs by the pool on Saturdays, card games, art group that gets 
together to paint and then has a showing at the end of the season.  
You can get involved as much as you want or not at all.  Its a very 
friendly and a comfortable building to stay in.

Vacation Rental Rates

4 month minimum rental. Will rental annually for 2,200.00 per month
