Brand new home build in the Mckinney Height Development.

4 bedroom home, 4th rm is a loft. The home is about 2000 square feet.
The third bathroom is a half bath.

very spacious, large backyard.Large dining area,inside
laundry,jacuzzi tub
in the master,upgraded lights and fixtures,recessed lighting,
gourmet kitchen with all new appliances,built in microwave,corian
counters
on all counter tops.

2 car garage, remote control

This home is located right around the corner from the association
pool and spa, and huge playground area, with a basketball court
large brand new jungle jim for the little ones.

Although I am advertising this home with an association pool. The
pool is subject to closures during certain
seasons, weather conditions, cleaning, repairs, there will be no
refunds in regards of the pool being closed. This
is an association pool, beyond my control. thank you for your
understanding.

This is your home away from your regular home.

My family was in town for my daughters graduation from UT and the rental home was PERFECT. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and very inviting. We were all able to have a nice congratulatory gathering for my daughter with cake, ice cream and gift opening in a comfortable setting. Even my 79 year old mother was impressed and that's not easy.The pool was closed but the playground was perfect for my granddaughter to enjoy. I would definitely rent it again. My only problem was it did not have a sofa sleeper in the loft so we were a little short on the sleeping arrangements. But it all worked out and was great. We had to make one call to the property manager but she returned our call promptly and answered our question right away.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Not Impressed

I was not overly impressed with this vacation home. We had air mattresses with holes in them, burnt out light bulbs, old, OLD, uncomfortable couches that one could supposedly sleep on, VERY WORN bedding, and a general feeling of "not squeaky clean". This property is also not close to a grocery store-however you can "shop" at a Texaco (very pricy).
Will not be staying here again. Definaetly NOT a "Luxury Home".

Owners response: I have taken care of the air mattresses, light bulbs were replaced, and couches are now replaced. Comforters are now replaced.

I have also replaced the current Property Manager and housekeeping service.

This client did not even call me during her stay, I don't know why she did not call me, so that I could take care of these issues while she was there.

I will not recommend this client to stay at any of the vacation homes, I think she enjoys making bad comments on the houses, and does not give a chance for the owner to respond to the problems.
