My family was in town for my daughters graduation from UT and the rental home was PERFECT. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and very inviting. We were all able to have a nice congratulatory gathering for my daughter with cake, ice cream and gift opening in a comfortable setting. Even my 79 year old mother was impressed and that's not easy.The pool was closed but the playground was perfect for my granddaughter to enjoy. I would definitely rent it again. My only problem was it did not have a sofa sleeper in the loft so we were a little short on the sleeping arrangements. But it all worked out and was great. We had to make one call to the property manager but she returned our call promptly and answered our question right away.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

I was not overly impressed with this vacation home. We had air mattresses with holes in them, burnt out light bulbs, old, OLD, uncomfortable couches that one could supposedly sleep on, VERY WORN bedding, and a general feeling of "not squeaky clean". This property is also not close to a grocery store-however you can "shop" at a Texaco (very pricy).
Will not be staying here again. Definaetly NOT a "Luxury Home".
