Our Palmetto Dunes Villa:

This spacious newly redecorated and equipped villa will give you the feeling that you are in your
own private home while putting you in the center of one of the most desirable resorts on the US
mainland. This spacious villa with private entrance close to parking and handicapped parking, boasts
a single level, open airy floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the main living area with a queen
sized sleeper sofa for those extra guests. The formal dining area seats eight comfortably. Each of
the 2 bedrooms has private bath access. The master bedroom has a brand new luxurious king size bed,
2 large closets, dresser with mirror, TV/DVD combo, as well as sliding doors to your own private
patio space. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as cable TV. The bedrooms can be closed
off from the main living areas for privacy and quiet if traveling with small children.

There are 2 pools within 50 yards available for our renters, and the beach is a short walk away.
There is parking at the beach for those renters who prefer to drive to the beach. There is a free
shuttle bus service running from Labor Day - Memorial Day which will take you to the different
resort facilities as well as Shelter Cove Mall.

The villa is just off the Robert Trent Jones golf course and tennis facilities. Just grab your
racket or clubs and enjoy! No car needed.
