Resort.  Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and an integral part of the New Myrtle Beach downtown  
redevelopment, Bay View boasts luxurious amenities not found in your typical beach condo.  Your  
beachfront condo comes complete with designer furnishings such as granite countertops, solid wood  
cabinets, solid wood bar stools and dining room chairs.  This new 3BR/3BA corner lockout unit has  
ocean views from every room, wireless high speed internet access, and three private ocean front  
balconies attached to each bedroom. 
 
Completed in March 2007, Bay View Resort has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, beautiful  
ceramic tile floors, along with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room.  The fully stocked  
Kitchen has a Large Refrigerator complete with Ice Maker, a Range with Radiant Cook tops, Microwave,  
and Dishwasher.  Your condo comes with a King size Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing board,  
Hairdryers in every bathroom, and every bedroom has a TV along with a Progressive Scan DVD/VCR  
player.  The Living Room comes with a TV, a progressive scan DVD/VCR player, and a Sony Playstation  
II for the kids to play. 
 
Bay View Resort has an indoor/outdoor Oceanfront Pool, Lazy River, Hot Tubs, a Kiddie Pool with a  
Water Fountain, and an on site Fitness Room. The Pools are Heated during the off season and can be  
closed off from the elements to enjoy year round.  There is also a Starbucks on-site and a  
restaurant located across the street. 
 
Our Non-Smoking Condo has a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom along with a private bathroom, the  
2nd bedroom has 2 Double Beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Double Beds, a private bathroom, Microwave  
and small Refrigerator.  The living room has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa to accommodate two extra  
guests. 
 
Bay View is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the  
heart of Myrtle Beach, tow miles from the new Hard Rock Amusement Park, two miles south of Broadway
