+10% North Carolina Tax
+$75.00 Cleaning Fee
+$100.00 Refundable Security Deposit


Security deposit will be refunded after cabin is cleaned and inspected.

If anything is Lost or Broken their is no refund.

50% of Fees are required upon booking reservation and balance must be
paid in full 30 days before arrival.

We accept money orders, and will accept personal checks if all rental,
security deposit, cleaning fees & taxes are paid 4 weeks before arrival.

There is a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

Cancellation - 100% refunded if cancelled with at least a 30 day notice: Less
than 30 day, no refund. But you may be rescheduled.
