A beautiful place in the Caribbean Mayan Riviera, Playa del Carmen,  
Mexico!  
 
Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas  
surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a cenote  
with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are ten minutes away  
walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to  
everything!!! 
 
There are two or four bedroom villas. Both with fully-equipped  
kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two br has 125  
sqm and the four bd has 215 sqm. 
 
We also have 3 studios available! With an ample terrace, a  
kitchenette, a table and a hammock,(not tv satelite).

Activities and Attractions

There are lots of different activities you can do around!  
The beach that is just 1 block away is great for walking, swimming  
or just hanging out in the sand. You can also go waterskiing,  
boating, surfing, windsurfing or fishing.  
The snorkeling and diving near by is great with an excellent  
visibility and some some of the best reefs in the world.  
 
Playa del Carmen has the charm of a samll mexican town but still is  
great for shopping asnd has some great restaurants and bars. 
 
You can also go biking,  wildlife viewing, horseback riding,  
sanctuary aviary. 
 
The golf course is only 3 km and there are a couple of tennis courts  
inside Playacar, that you can use.  
 
Near by there are very interesting mayan remains and water parks.
