Vacation Rental Description

Karen's Condo is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport and town in the private and 
quiet County Club estates.  The condo is on the top (3rd floor) of the building. Just steps from the 
beach, my condo offers spectacular water views from the balcony, private beach access and is the 
most ideal for the water and windsport enthusiast visiting Cozumel.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large kitchen with bar, open to dining room and living room areas. Two spacious bedrooms (master and 
guest) and a pull-out sleeper couch in living room. Two bathrooms; the master bathroom is adjoined 
to the master bedroom.  Sitting area on the balcony.

Other features include: air conditioning, fans in all rooms, 30 second walk to the beach in front of 
condo, lounging area on balcony or in front of the condo.  Access to the rooftop to view the most 
spectacular sunsets.

Activities and Attractions

Cozumel offers the water enthusiast unlimited adventures, from kiteboarding and windsurfing to 
snorkelling and scuba.  For the land adventurer, the island has tennis, land and eco tours and golf 
(the only golf course on the island, Country Club Golf Course,is walking distance from the condo).

$700/week December 1 to May 1
$600/week May 2 to November 30

Holiday periods:
Additional "premium week" charges may apply for Carnival, Christmas and New Year.
