units... at full occupancy, sleeps 14!
Island Villas is within walking distance to a full-service grocery
store, so you will never be without! Great mid-island location. The
2 BR, 2 BA upstairs flat has the 'original Florida' feel with
beautiful wood walls, a very spacious living area, and your own
private lanai complete with new patio furniture and a utility room!
You will love how the tropical dining room is surrounded by large
bright windows overlooking Estero Blvd. Downstairs there are two
very 'island festive' 1 BR, 1 BA apartments. The lower right 1BR has
the added bonus of a large lanai and a utility room complete with
washer and dryer for your convenience. You will love fun feel of
these full-service units which are complete with sleeper sofas.
