in bedroom plus washer and dryer in closet off the screened lanai.

This condo is located close to the community heated pool and within
walking distance of the East Lake Woodlands Shopping Center. This
is an ideal location and minutes from the Bay and just 20 minutes
from the beautiful beaches on the Gulf. East Lake Woodlands Country
Club is one of the premier communities in Pinellas County. This is
a large community with both condos and high end single family homes.

The area activities are endless. There are many golf courses and
tennis courts in the area. A very large AMC movie theater is across
the street from the main entrance of East Lake Woodlands along with
numerous restaurants in the area. The famous Oldsmar flea market is
only minutes away. Busch Gardens is about 30 minutes away and, of
course, Disney World...located in Orlando is only 2 hours away!

Pets allowed with prior approval and $200.00 non refundable pet fee

Included in your rent is electric (up to $100.00 per month), basic
phone, cable, water, sewer and trash.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your reservation.
The rent is due at check-in.
