Minimum rental 1 week. Rates for 2008: 
December 1 through December 31 -  $2,000 weekly, $7,000 monthly. 
Rates for 2009: 
January 1 through March 31,2008 -  $2,250 weekly, $7,500 monthly 
April 1 through June 30,2008 - $1,750 weekly, $6,000 monthly 
July i through August 31 - $1,500 weekly, $5,000 monthly.
