Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 1,900 square foot ski house 7 miles from Stratton Mountain  
and 7 miles from Manchester Center.  Enjoy the amenities of home  
while on vacation!  House has greatroom with soaring 20 ft ceilings,  
wood burning stove, game table and games, cable TV, VCR, DVD and  
full stereo.  Cable Internet access also available.  Fully equipped  
kitchen with wood burning stove and an  
8 seat round table for family dining.  Washer/Dryer/Microwave/Water  
Cooler.  2 of the 4 bedrooms have flat screen cable TV and bed  
linens are 100% cotton with down pillows and comforters on each  
bed.  2 full bathrooms with bathtowels.  Wrap around deck with  
outdoor seating in Fall/Spring and Summer. Vermont Castings gas  
grill and plenty of firewood.  Caretaker responsible for  
plowing and available at all times. Located on quiet street in  
friendly neighborhood.  Pets welcome (2 radiofence collars included  
for pet safety).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Clean and comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped house close to  
skiing and shopping.  House has 4 TVs with DVD/VCR/Stereo and .   
Washer/Dryer/Microwave/Telephone/Dog Fence/Water Cooler (with  
water)/Oven and Refrigerator.  Books and games abound in this kid  
friendly house! Large sectional couch in greatroom can sleep 2-3 if  
needed or if someone wants to sleep by the fire. All bedrooms have  
cotton sheets, down pillows and comforters and bath towels are also  
provided. 2 full beds, 1 queen and 2 twin beds.  Air mattress is  
there if you need it.  First level has: kitchen/dining area and sitting area  
with brand new Jotul wood burning stove.  Great room with 20 ft. ceilings,  
tons of windows, game table, TV/Stereo, sectional couch and VT Castings  
wood burning stove.  Master bedroom with antique pine queen bed with  
antique pine mirror and dresser. Full bath w/brand new washer/dryer.  2nd level  
has  3 bedrooms, 2 with full beds and 1 with 2 twins and brand new  
full bathroom.  Antiques throughout add charm and comfort and make  
this a home away from home.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes from downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country, hiking,  
golfing, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, mountain biking and  
snowmobiling.  Located close to Stratton, Bromley, Magic and Okemo  
Mountains.  Also minutes from Manchester Center with great outlet  
shopping, antiquing, fine dining and tons of activities for the  
entire family.

Spring/Summer/Fall (April 15th through November 15th) 
$525 per night

Winter (November 16th through March 31st) 
$650 per night

There is a $125 cleaning charge for Winter and for weekly or monthly  
rentals in the off-season. Linens are provided but if renter would prefer to bring their own sheets  
and towels,  
the cleaning fee will be waived.  However, we do ask that the house is left clean.  Reasonable  
deposit required  
which will be returned 10 days after rental, provided everything is intact.
