Vacation Rental Description

Our 2 California King bedrooms, 2 bath condominium has a lanai that walks out to the midst of the 
10th Fairway of the 
Kapalua Bay Golf Course.We have owned it since 1988 and have continuously updated it.We have 
decorated it in tropical fabrics, art and furnishings.
It comes with a complete kitchen, with all appliances (coffeemaker, toaster, blender, mixer, built in 
Kitchenaid refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven and microwave with fan).The 
kitchen is well stocked with utensils and has a stocked spice rack.
The front of the Villa is essentially all glass and faces the 10th and 18th fairway of the Kapalua 
Bay Golf course, then Cook pines and the ocean and the island of Lanai beyond. Fantastic sunsets 
abound. Our location is very quiet, close to the pool, but not too close

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, Central Air conditioning (the Golf Villas were the only of the original three, Ridge, Bay, and 
Golf, to be built with central air),CATV, full size washer and dryer,Linens and beach towels,and 
complimentary high speed WiFi.Two LCD HDTVs, one LCD TV with DVD, home theater system
The Golf Villas have 4 pools, each with two gas grills, assigned covered parking, and a very quiet, 
peaceful and uncrowded feel.
The Kapalua Resort has 2 Championship golf courses, 8 homeowners associations, the Ritz Carlton, and 
is building the Ritz Carlton Residences on the site of the old Kapalua Bay hotel. Napili and Kapalua 
bays/beaches are short walking distance, and offer snorkling (turtles too), swimming, body boarding, 
bodysurfing and surfing.The Bay Course clubhouse is just down the cart path with the pro shop and 
Pineapple grill resturant. The tennis gardens are there also.

Activities and Attractions

Resturants, Jet sking(Lahaina), Parasailing(Lahaina), Hiking, Horseback riding,Fishing, water and 
beach activities, shopping, snorkling. The is a new Kapalua Adventure center which is offering Zip 
lines, hiking through the rainforest and a climbing wall.
Golf and tennis of course. This year Kapalua will host the LPGA and Mercedes Tournaments
