central air, fully equipped kitchen, tropical private patio with  
grill, full linen and towel supplies. Master bedroom has a king- 
sized bed with cable TV and private full bath. Second bedroom has a  
queen bed with cable TV. Spacious living room with dining area  
includes cable TV with vcr/dvd, local telephone service. High speed  
internet service included.  Building complex equipped with  
laundromat, social room and heated outdoor pool. Non-Smoking unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sea Winds Condominium complex is located on Midnight Pass Road in  
Siesta Key, a barrier island, about 20 minutes south of Sarasota, FL. 
Crescent Beach, rated as the third best beach in the world is just a 
3 minute walk across the street. Walk to shopping and restaurants. 
Rentals available nearby for bikes, kayaks, beach equipment, etc...

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the beautiful white crystal sand on Crescent Beach, swimming,  
water sports, fishing and boating. Over 25 golf courses, great  
restaurants, shopping, including the world famous St. Armand's  
Circle on Lido Key.  Just 20 minutes from Sarasota where you could  
visit Mote Aquarium, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Open Air Market  
on Saturdays and many cultural activities in the downtown Sarasota  
area.  Disney World is only 2 hours away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$300.00 advance Security Deposit required for a reservation.   
Deposit will be returned within 30-45 days after a satisfactory  
check-out inspection.  Security deposit is non-refundable if you  
fail to cancel your reservation prior to 30 days before arrival  
date.  Full amount of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
Summer Season - May 1st - November 30th : $600. weekly / $1,800.  
Monthly 
 
Winter Season - December 1st - April 30th: $1,000. weekly / $3,400.
