Located only 35 minutes from San Diego, this beautiful, spacious casa has a spectacular view. The
whole front of the house is all windows that face out to the sea and the beach below. It is an
interesting beach where you can watch the local fishermen, dolphins, seals and birds from the living
room, dining room, kitchen and large patio. Thw main patio has a 180 degree view of the never ending
sea.There is a second,completely private patio for sun and moon bathing. The casa has a great, fully
equipped kitchen and a beautiful romantic fireplace. There are two private, very large bedrooms and
two bathrooms. Take long walks on the beach below or explore the tide pools at low tide. You can
walk on the beach to the world famous Puerto Neuvo Lobster Village for lobster dinners and
margaritas.

Casa is available by the night or by the week. There is a 2 night minimum and 3 night minimum for
holidays. Rates are based on 4 people. Monthly stays are based on availability.
