2-5 people $160.00 a night, $420.00 for 3 nights, $750.00 for 7 nights 

6-8 people $200.00 a night, $500.00 for 3 nights, $880.00 for 7 nights 


Winter rates – October to February 2009 

2-5 people $140.00 a night, $370.00 for 3 nights, $600.00 for 7 nights 

6-8 people $170.00 a night, $450.00 for 3 nights, $730.00 for 7 nights

Refundable Damage / Security deposit for $100.00 is required.
Plus $30.00 cleaning.

Payment Methods Accepted PayPal or Citibank Deposits required to 
confirm Reservation, Deposits $100 USD. security deposit to confirm 
Reservation refundable when check-out 

Cancellation & Return Policy refundable 50% of security deposit.
