Room & Master Bedroom allowing you to capture breathtaking ocean sunrises every morning. The Condo is
very clean with a recently updated kitchen (with all new appliances) and is very tastefully decorated
throughout. Lots of shelling on our beautiful unspoiled and very tranquil beaches which stretch for
miles both North & South from the Condo. This Condo is located just a few miles North of of Jensen
Beach, the "Sailfish Capital of the World".

Vacation Rental Rates
January: $2500 for the month of January.
February & March: $2800 per month.
April thru December: $1350 per month.
Long Term & Annual Lease possibly available. Discount for renting 3 months or more. One Month minimum
rental required. Renter responsible for utility bill, applicable taxes & a cleaning fee of $100.
A $1000 deposit is required to hold the reservation.
