Vacation Rental Description

Relax in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2200 sq. ft.home. The 
famous Ritz-Carlton Hotel is only blocks away as well as Vanderbilt 
Beach. Located in Naples Park, a quite, cozy neighborhood you will 
experience a memorable, relaxing vacation.  The house is furnished 
with upscale furniture, all linens, a washer and dryer in a large 
laundry room, a large screened lanai with a gas grill and a large 
kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, 
dishwasher, disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice and water 
in the door, a coffee-maker and a large island. This house is very 
family friendly and comfortable.  The master suite has a king size 
bed and opens out onto the lanai.  Master bath has twin sinks and a 
shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the 2nd 
bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Come enjoy a great vacation Naples 
style!

Feb 1 to April 15 $1000/week $150 each add'l night - $3200/month
Apr 16 - Nov 14 $600/week $95 each add'l night - $1850/month
Nov 15 - Jan 31 $800/week $120 each add'l night - $2550/month

Holiday weeks higher - Rates subject to change without notice 

$125 cleaning fee  10% tax on rent and cleaning fee  
pets under 50 lbs only - $125 pet charge

Refundable $200 security deposit     1 week minimum
