Vacation Rental Description

Aloha! Looking for a peaceful tropical getaway? Our little piece of 
paradise is located at the Maui Banyan Resort in S. Kihei. Our condo 
has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with full kitchen and living 
room, all opening onto a triple wide lanai to enjoy the tropical 
sunsets.

The beautifully landscaped property features two inviting pools, hot 
tubs, tennis court, barbeque grills and dining areas in the gated 
pool area for your use.

The Banyan is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 
II, where the water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Shopping, 
fine restaurants, casual dining and Lappert's Ice Cream are within 
walking distance. 

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located near Wailea's world-class 
golf courses and shopping, which are only minutes away. Other 
activities include whale watching, snorkelling adventures, exploring 
the dormant volcano Haleakala, visiting the old whaling town of 
Lahaina, walking through tropical forests and many other attractions.

King bed, 2 double beds, queen sofa sleeper.  2 A/C's, ceiling fan, 3 cable TVs, DVD's, AM/FM CD 
stereo, wireless high speed internet, floor safe, fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, all

10% discount for stays of 30 nights (Value Season only).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for 
all cancellations 90 days or more from check-in. There is a $100 fee 
for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value Seasons. A 
$250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 
days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless 
we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will 
be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
