a ground floor end unit. The home has warm paint and comfy furnishings.  The  
kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets and utensels - settings for  
eight.   This comfortable space has everything you need for a relaxing stay. 
 
 
Moments from the beach, bayfront, and the unique downtown districts, this  
unit is in a condominium development located at the junction of the Tamiami Trail  
and highway 301 in downtown Sarasota.  Built between 1997 and 1999, this Florida  
Keys style townhouse development features amenities such as a furnished  
clubhouse with a large heated pool and spa, as well as a lighted tennis  
court and boat dock on the Hudson Bayou.  
 
This community has 7 acres of landscaping, lush in tropical design yet located  
downtown, only a minute from the Sarasota bay front and all the amenities  
the city has to offer. Two sets of ponds with a lighted water fountain  
accent the interior of the development while the Hudson Bayou and dock 
borders the rear of the property.  
 
 
Drag yourself away from the white sands and you'll find theaters, museums,  
restaurants, shops, and night clubs to enjoy. For the sporting set golf, tennis,  
waterskiing, fishing, biking,  kayaking are among many ways to spend the day.  
Architecture,  wildlife, and botanical gardens await to entertain everyone’s  
senses; and, whether it was a lazy day at the beach or a day in high

Rental Policies: 
 
* One month minimum stay   
* NO PETS ALLOWED 
* NO SMOKING  
* 4 person maximum  
* For periods less than six months a required local and state tax of 11% will be added to the rate. 
 
* Deposit of 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30  
days prior to arrival.  
 
* Cancellation policy:  A full refund  will be given only if cancellation is  
received 60 days or more from arrival date, 50% refund if cancellation is  
less than 60 days, and NON refundable if less than 45 days prior to  
arrival.  
 
* $100 cleaning fee will be charged
