This home is a clean and comfortably furnished house with an open
living, dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms with plenty
of storage, and one bath with shower\ tub. The home is located in "Olde"
Englewood on a quiet and safe street. There is a back yard that will
accomadate an RV,boat,and trailer. The neighborhood is residental
and tree lined. It is walking distant to downtown and two area
parks and Lemon Bay. A 5 minute drive and you are at Englewood
Public Beach and Manasota Key beaches--with miles of sand, shells,
sharks teeth, and beautiful sunsets. Tampa and Fort Meyers
airports are only 1 1/2 hours away. Sarasota air port is 1 hour, and easy to get to. There is a free boat ramp
minutes away at Indian Mounds park on Lemon Bay.

Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishware, and cooking
untilities. There is TV and VCR, directv dvd player. Bed linins and towels are provided. The
backyard is large enough to park an RV or boat, and the driveway
will accomadate several cars. There is phone hook-up for service if
required. Air-conditoning is window unit, and a gas heater is also available.

"Olde" Englewood downtown offers restaurant, gift shops, a
playhouse, library, boutiques, and antique stores. Lemon Bay Park
has nature trails to view the local wildlife or see the sunset on
the bay. Indian Mounds Park has recreation area, small beach and
free boat ramp. There are plenty of water activities that include
boating, snorkling, kayaking, skiing, and jet-skies for rent. There
are restaurants in Englewood and at the beach, with live music, and
happy hours.

May - September...$350 week/ 1200 month
October - April....$450 week / 1500 month
$200 deposit due at time of reservation and payment is due 14 days
prior to arrival. Cancellation within 21 days of
reservation will result in loss of deposit
